Television

Now i know i said i dont like movies and i dont, but i do like to watch television and hte reason for that i think is because its short and sweet and i dont have to waste 2.5 hours of my life watching a movie. i think i have an ADD attention span because i like my shows to be 30min-1hour long if there longer than that i tend to get bored and want to leave and go do something else television is probably the one thing i like the most, i mean i basically watch TV when facebook gets boring and i have no homework to do.

Movies

I am not a fan of movies never have been and probably never will be. That doesn't mean i dont go it just means im not a huge fan. Where as some people can sit around all day and watch movies i cant do that. Its just not for me. The first movie i remember going to is Mulan. But otherwise if ive seen a movie once, thats all i need to see it. Thats my take on movies.

Random Posting...

Hello blog world...its 11:16 and im up doing homework..not that that is a bad thing..its just..i feel the need to write. i dont know exactly what i want to say..but i wouldlike to say, im ready to be done with school. ive only been in school for 3 years yet it feels like forever, and it feels like every semester im here, theres more drama than the last, and along with the drama, my classes are getting harder and harder which is expected, but with all this other crap in my life, the harder classes seem even more harder, and its not that i have a lot of homework, but when i get homework, i often feel overwhelmed by it. All ive wanted to do lately is just sleep and not do anything. Maybe it was the weather, becuase now that it is nicer ive been in a slightly better mood. but still, my friend tonight said somehting to me that made me laugh but then i thought about and wouldnt it be awesome? She said: "I wish i could sleep for 3 years and then wake up and graduate." Wouldnt that kind of be awesome, i mean it would be but at the same time i wouldnt want to miss out on 3 years of expierences and learning and doing so many other things. anyway..this post had nothing to do with new media..at all. but i thought i would let everyone know exactly what im thinking at the moment..haha..Enjoy

Newspaper

My newspaper expierence has been a long time deal. I have read them, wrote for them, and been in them. i know everytime i go home i read my hometowns newspaper because thats the only way people can keep up with current events in my home town, it also helps me keep up with whats going on. i wrote for my HS newspaper for 3 years and i loved it! i loved to write about current events and trends and give my own spin on things i saw and how i felt about them and its always cool to tell people how you feel about stuff and see how your opinion could possiblly change someone else point of view by reading what you wrote in the newspaper. Also, im not gonna lie, being in the newspaper is kinda neat. i mean as a child i remember seeing myself in the newspaper and the pictures and thinking you were like a mini-celeb for the week.

Looking at this list i didnt realize how many papers ive read or been involved with, its quite a few. But, with technology now, i assume someday people wont know what a newspaper is or it will be an artifact preserved in a museum for people to look back at and see how people used to get information before the internet. Im glad i got to be one of the people who got to read newspapers and use them as a source for information, a newspaper is a way of feeling the news. ya know? not like feeling it but you have actual text in your hand, not just on a screen in front of you. Thats my take on the newspaper :)

New Media Tools

So we were suppose to look at the videos Professor Nelson had on his blog. I looked at a few, the names i cant rememeber, but when i was watching the videos i remember thinking that if this is new media im excited to be in this major. i loved what they did with he words for the one that had to do with drinking, it was interesting and something new, and i love doing new things and looking at media in new ways, basically the only way i get any information is on the internet now i dont think ive picked up a newspaper in a while and i think that will soon be the way everyone gets information. I dont see this as a bad thing i see it as a way we keep moving forward with technology and the world.

Well, sorry blogging world I have ignored you for soooo long :) Anyway I'm back, and I'm at a lost for words, It don't have much to say, theres not too much going on in my world. I do have to write a paper for   Writing Class. I'm trying really hard to come up with an idea, also there too im just not very productive. I know that i want to write a sotry about a college student because obviously i know a lot about that, but i want an intersting story and unfortunately life on a college campus isn't always so interesting. So i may have to add some jazz to make it more interesting. Also i created this really awesome stop-motion film for this class, but im having a super hard time uploading it..GRR!!! i know if you guys could see it on my blog it would be super awesome :) haha well anyway ive got to go like i said  i gotta paper to write.
